William J. Love, Jr. is a seasoned personal injury trial lawyer who has represented medical malpractice victims and their families for more than 40 years. He received his Bachelor's Degree from Canisius College and his Juris Doctor from the State University of New York at Buffalo School of Law.
Mr. Love is a former partner of Magner Love, a law firm which concentrated its practice in medical malpractice, product liability and nursing home negligence cases. His background adds to the firm's ability to understand a myriad of complicated medical issues and what are deemed to be acceptable medical/hospital/nursing/nursing home policies and procedures, making him a valuable asset to the clients we represent in these cases.
Mr. Love has been a Contributing Editor to "Examinations Before Trial and Other Disclosure Devices," Callahan & Co. and "Medical Legal Law and Products Liability Litigation, Erie County Bar Association, Callahan & Company. He has also been a lecturer for the National Institute for Trial Advocacy.
