Christine M. O’Connell

Although Christine O’Connell┬ájust earned her Juris Doctor from the State University of New York, Buffalo School of Law in 2014, she had the honor of clerking for Erie County Supreme Court Justice Patrick H. NeMoyer and interning with the Erie County District Attorney’s office while in law school. She also traveled around the country with the University of Buffalo Trial Team and was a semi-finalist in the Seventh Annual National Ethics Trial Competition, held at the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of California in Sacramento.

Ms. O’Connell graduated cum laude as an undergraduate from the State University of New York at Buffalo, with a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Social Sciences Interdisciplinary, with a concentration in Legal Studies and a minor in Political Science. In college, she served on the Executive Board of her sorority, Phi Sigma Sigma, and occupied the position of Member at Large as the leader of the Judicial Board. In law school, Ms. O’Connell served as a Clerk for the Buffalo Human Rights Law Review. She also volunteered her time at a local low-income charter high school, teaching and coaching students for mock trial competitions and leading a team of high school students to victory.
